AUSTRALIAN FIRMS SWEEP ADVERTISING COMPETITION
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA, USA – BETC Euro RSCG of Paris captured a First place Mobius award and a Second Place Certificate of Excellence in the 2006 international Mobius Awards competition.
The company won the Mobius statuette in Television for its station/network promo work titled “March of the Emperor” for client CANAL+ Paris. The Certificate came for the “Portraits” Campaign in the Outdoor Advertising/Billboard medium for INPES (French National Health Institute), Paris.
The competition, which is in its 36th year, attracted entries from 35 countries and gave out 143 Mobius awards, 128 Certificates and 10 student awards. Germany took the most awards, 97, followed by the United States with 88 and United Kingdom with 29.
An awards gala is scheduled Feb. 16 at the Directors Guild of America, 7920 Sunset Boulevard, Los Angeles.
