WEBSITE WINS INTERNATIONAL MOBIUS AWARD FOR ENVISION

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA, USA – The Danish advertising agency envision has won a First Place Golden Statuette in the Mobius Awards competition for its use of Flash in an online bus schedule for X bus.

The envision office in Aarhus, Denmark, worked with No Zebra digital production company in Aarhus to integrate high advanced Flash in DynamicWeb CMS to create the user-friendly site.
   
The Mobius Awards advertising competition is in its 38th year and drew entrants from 33 countries.
The X bus website moves seamlessly according to the user’s needs, but has fun elements that help it serve as an online brand statement as well as a functioning schedule. Although www.xbus.dk opens onto a black and white schedule that looks like a printed page, when particular travel zones are clicked on, unconventional things happen.
  
“It is completely unexpected to see sterile text animated in such an ingenious way,” one judge commented on the entry.

envision is one of Denmark’s largest agencies with 125 employees in Aarhus and Copenhagen.

            A complete list of winners and Best of Show nominees in the Mobius competition will be featured at the www.mobiusawards.com site by late January.
