Dutch agency scores in Mobius ad competition
LOS ANGELES, CALIF., USA –A Netherlands advertising agency captured a First Place award and the Kodak Award for Cinematography in the 2010 International Mobius Awards competition.
bsur agency, Amsterdam, won for “Mini Countryman Flow,” a Television commercial for BMW/MINI, Munich. The work was also nominated for Best of Show in Television.
“Mini Countryman Flow” was shot in Italy and shows a car chase in which the Mini splits into many Minis that all get back together in the end, all done through computer generated graphics. Creative Directors were Jason Schragger and Paulo Martins.
Other bsur creatives involved were Copywriters Gian Carlo Lanfranco and Rob Phillips; Art Director Rolando Cordova; Producer Corey Bartha; Account Supervisor Mia Drexl-Schegg and Account Executive Thijs van Dam.
The competition awarded 56 First Place Mobius Award Golden Statuettes, 63 Second Place Certificates for Outstanding Creativity, and one Student Award. Entries came from 33 countries, and 15 produced winners in this 40th annual awards competition.
