Mobius Awards Selects 2010 Best of Show

LOS ANGELES, CALIF. USA – The 40th annual international Mobius Awards advertising competition has selected Best of Show winners. They represent work from Germany, France, United States, United Kingdom and Australia.

The winners are:

Brochure/Book:
“Seemed like a Good Idea at the Time-Second Edition,” self-promotional booklet from Williams Murray Hamm, London;

Direct:
“The Cannibal Restaurant,” by Serviceplan, Munich, done for Vegetarian Foundation Germany;

New Media:
“Jetueunami.com/ikillafriend.com,” BETC Euro RSCG, Paris, for 13ème RUE, NBC Universal’s crime channel;

Online:
“Hidden Heroes,” from Grimm Gallun Holtappels Werbeagentur & Co. KG, Hamburg, for Hi-Cone;

Outdoor:
“Sun Sound,” Three Drunk Monkeys, Sydney, a promotion from the Cancer Council of Australia to remind citizens to avoid too much sun that causes skin cancer.

Package Design:
“Coca-Cola 2010 Winter Olympics Packaging & Premiums,” Turner Duckworth, San Francisco.

Print:
“Fine Cell Work Identity,” The Partners, London, for Colmar Brunton;

Radio:
“Go Longer,” Betriebskultur, Stuttgart, for Billy Boy Special Contour Condoms;

The 2010 competition awarded 56 First Place Golden Statuettes, 63 Second Place Certificates for Outstanding Creativity, and one Student Award. Entries came from 33 countries.
