Dutch ad firms score 5 awards in Mobius competition
Two Dutch advertising firm have won five awards, including a first place, in the 2011 International Mobius Awards competition.
Wieden+Kennedy, Amsterdam, won a First Place Mobius Award for “The Entrance,” “The Date” Campaign in Online/Food, Beverages and a Second Place Certificate for Outstanding Creativity for “The Great Happyfication” in Cinema/In-flight/Animation. It also received Second Place for “The Legendary Making of The Date” and for “The Entrance, Interactive Film” in Online/Food, Beverages.
BSUR Agency, Amsterdam, won a Second Place Certificate for “Sunday in Rio (Carnival)” in Television/Overall Production.
The overall competition recognized competitors with 65 First Place Mobius Award Golden Statuettes, 55 Second Place Certificates for Outstanding Creativity, three Student Certificates and one Certificate for Spec work. Twenty countries produced winners in the 41st annual competition, which drew participating entries from 29 countries.
