South Korean students honored in Mobius competition
Two South Korean students of advertising have won awards in the 2011 International Mobius Awards competition.
JinSik Oh, Pukyong National University, Haeundae-gu, won a Student Certificate for “Alpo Controller.” Choi Ik-hwan, University of Seoul, earned a Student Certificate for “Please, Save the Dying Polar Bear” and “Please Save the Dying Penguin” proposed for World Wildlife Fund. The entry was submitted by RealCompany, Seoul, South Korea.
The overall competition recognized competitors with 65 First Place Mobius Award Golden Statuettes, 55 Second Place Certificates for Outstanding Creativity, three Student Certificates and one Special Certificate. Twenty countries produced winners in the 41st annual advertising competition, which drew entries from 29 countries.
